The accommodation consists of: an entrance hall with large storage cupboard; a spacious lounge with large window allowing the room to flood with natural light; kitchen, bedroom with fitted mirror wardrobe; shower room with enclosed electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The garden to the front of the property is laid to lawn while the fully enclosed rear garden is predominately laid to gravel with a rotary clothes dryer.
I bought this house in July 2024 and decided to run it as a holiday let. This is a new adventure for me and a huge learning curve. The property was merely a shell so I put a lot of thought/passion and practicalities into place before I could advertise as a short-term let. I would really appreciate if you could leave some feedback in the Visitor’s Book to ensure I have not missed anything or something I could improve on. All comments welcome. I love to people please as much as I can and enjoying new adventures especially when it involves property which I can design/style passionately for some lovely guests to experience and hopefully enjoy. The property is located in the popular village of Munlochy, in the highly desirable Black Isle, close to excellent village facilities and is within easy reach distance of Inverness City and the beautiful Highlands of Scotland. There is a small Co-Op supermarket which stocks most of your basic needs which you will pass on you way to the accommodation. The village also houses an Hotel, community hall and medical centre. Just approx a mile away on the road to Inverness there is a garden centre, Munro’s Nurseries which serves breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Inverness City, the main business and commercial centre in the Highlands. Inverness City, approximately 9 miles away and offers extensive shopping, leisure and entertainment facilities along with excellent road, rail and air links to the South and beyond.
