No dogs allowed - 4 bedrooms – 1 super-king-size, 2 double, 1 twin - 2 bathrooms – 1 en-suite bathroom with separate shower and a WC, 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC, and 1 separate WC - Electric double oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine - Open fire (Initial supply of logs, coal and kindling is provided) - Smart TV - Towels not provided - Lockable shed for bike storage - Raised patio area with garden furniture to side and rear of the house, shrubbed beds to the front - Off-road parking for 1-2 cars (please note two large cars may struggle to fit) - Please note pets must be kept off the furniture, out of bedrooms and they must not be left unattended - Storage for bikes in shed - The drinking water has a filter system - Pub 1 mile, shop and restaurant 2 miles - When going out and about, do note that due to rural nature of the lake district mobile signals can be patchy in some locations
