1 dog allowed per booking - 4 bedrooms – 3 doubles, 1 single with a matching pull-out single - 3 bathrooms – 2 en-suite shower rooms and 1 family bathroom with shower over bath and WC - Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher - Ground floor utility cupboard with washer/dryer - Smart TV in lounge and kitchen breakfast room - Travel cot and highchair available on prior request - Wood burner in lounge (initial supply of logs included) - Mezzanine snug with books, board games and bean bags - Private patio with BBQ and wood-fired hot tub (backed up with electric power to maintain heat) - Direct access to the river (extra care and constant supervision of young children is a must) - Off-road parking for 4 cars - Beach 6 miles, shops and pubs 3 miles - Please note, take care when entering and exiting the property – the entrance is on a bend in the road and so extra care is needed
