The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Gloster Terrace is positioned right opposite the beach at Sandgate which sits between Folkestone and Hythe and only 12 minutes from the Euro Tunnel! Sandgate itself is a lovely village boasting several pubs, restaurants, wine bars, Docker bar, cafes, delicatessens, Roka pizza and ice-creams! The house offers 4 double bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two outdoor seating areas, large living/dining area and separate large lounge, ideal for families!

After being awarded a sum of money through the High Courts in 2019, I bought Beach View in 2021 and fell in love with it. I had the house renovated throughout and learnt DIY skills and used tools I never even knew existed! Learnt how to use a sewing machine since being at Secondary School to make most of the soft furnishings within the house. My family and friends have been amazing in helping me and supporting me on this journey and I can't thank them enough! Hope you enjoy Beach View as much as we do! Sandgate itself houses various restaurants, delicatessens, Brew Dog Brewery, John Dory Wine Bar and much more! The house is situated between Folkestone, with the old town, and the amazing Harbour Arm and Hythe with it's Royal Military Canal and old town. Both of these local areas are brilliant for walking! Only 12 minutes drive to the Euro Tunnel too!
