4 The Strand is a most imaginatively presented property with its beautifully tasteful decor and comfortable, themed furnishings. Patio doors lead from the spacious living area onto the stylish wooden veranda, an ideal spot to spend relaxing evenings taking in the panoramic sea views, or have morning coffee whilst watching the children play on the beach below. There are steps from the veranda to the patio and a gate leads to the beach over a low groyne with a drop directly on to the sand. All the amenities of Saundersfoot are on your doorstep or travel a little further afield and visit the pretty town of Narberth, stopping at Wiseman's Bridge on the way. This seaside property is the perfect holiday venue. No children under 4 years of age. GBP 150 Bond Required. The property is approached via A roads to B road. The Strand runs parallel to the sea. Limited short stay parking is available opposite the apartment for decanting luggage etc. The apartment is accessed by 14 stairs with a left hand turn at the top - For the first half of the staircase there are 2 hand rails one either side, for the curved upper half there is 1 handrail. The entrance lobby is small and the staircase is quite narrow. The three bedrooms and en-suite facility are contained on the first floor, as are the sitting room and kitchen. From which the terrace and seating area is accessible by a sliding door. 16 wooden steps, with handrail, lead to a patio with six sun beds. There is direct gated access to 10 concrete steps, with handrail, which lead to a wooden groyne separating the property from the beach. There is a drop to the beach which varies with the action of the tide in depositing/removing sand and pebbles/rocks. Great care should be taken in choosing this route. The public slipway to the beach is only 2/3 minutes from the apartment. A local bus service operates to various parts of Pembrokeshire. The local rail station is called Saundersfoot, but is over a mile from the village.
