1 dog allowed per booking - 5 bedrooms - 3 super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request at the time of booking), 1 king-size and 1 double - 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, 2 en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC and 1 separate WC - Electric induction hob, fan assisted and steam ovens, fridge/freezer and dishwasher - Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, built in coffee machine and additional fridge/freezer - Wood burner (initial basket of logs included October - May) - Ample private parking - Large garden with patio and summerhouse - Secure lockable storage for bikes - Pub within walking distance - Travel cot and highchair available on request - Short breaks on a Friday and Monday changeover only unless by prior arrangement with the owner.
