A spacious 3 bedroom 6 berth Pemberton Knightsbridge 42′ x 14′ caravan in a cul-de-sac on a quiet part of Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Superb panoramic sea views, veranda, spacious lounge, well designed kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, full en-suite shower room to master bedroom with a separate family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, two further twin bedrooms, double glazing and piped gas central heating throughout. Modern restful colour scheme of mink and chartreuse with oak effect furniture to all rooms help make our holiday home a tranquil place in a lively and fun holiday park. Our lodge has a sleeping capacity of no more than 6 people including children.Situated on an elevated position towards the end of a cul de sac. Our static caravan is sited on the quiet Cherry Park area of Devon Cliffs Holiday Park on a no- through road and ‘end of row’ with only rabbits resident on the west side. It is approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the main entertainment complex and 5 minutes to the clifftop coastal path. There is an allocated parking space with 8+4 steps up to the caravan. Lounge Freestanding sofa and chairs, coffee table and small desk. Wall mounted TV, & a DVD player. A flame effect electric fire for added cosiness. Open shelf displays with cupboards where you’ll find books and board games. Sliding doors separate the lounge from the kitchen and dining area offering the choice of an open- plan feel or a cosy feel. Kitchen / Diner A high specification kitchen area with an island unit, an oven with separate grill, a microwave, an externally vented cooker extractor hood over a 5-burner gas hob with electric ignition, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. A skylight and dorma window brings a bright feeling into the kitchen. The view from the kitchen window is over the ‘wild’ area where you’ll be entertained by rabbits. The dining area has a freestanding dining table with a pendant light over and upholstered chairs.
