Our property boasts an amazing unspoiled panoramic sea view location. Parking directly next to the caravan for one car (multiple cars can park in the main carpark) The location of the caravan means all the parks facilities are just a stones throw away. We have free wifi. Save time queuing for check in as we use a key box system located at the caravan (codes will be given prior to arrival) If you have a special occasion for someone in your party while you are staying with us and would like a cake, flowers or banners on arrival, please pop us a message and we will try and accommodate (Additional charges will apply)

We are a local family who live in Lowestoft we decided to purchase the caravan as we love the sea & beach. When the opportunity came about to purchase no9 Seaview how could we refuse. Spending years holidaying with Park Dean Resorts with our daughter who is now off to university soon so we have decided to have some us time. Our caravan makes a perfect base to explore not only Kessingland but the Suffolk and Norfolk coast naming just a few..... * Great Yarmouth * Gorleston on sea * Lowestoft * Southwold * Framlingham Also activities like Africa Alive, Pleasure wood Hills and Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach are also only a short distance away.
