Company information

Pippa & Martin Crawford & Marian Horton took over Aberconwy House in May 2017. Pippa and Martin are husband and wife and Marian is Pippa's mum. We all enjoy walking, hiking and cycling and really enjoy meeting new people. We are building up our knowledge of local hikes, trails and attractions and places of interest to help our guests make the most of their stay with us. As well as providing a traditional cooked breakfast, we are very aware of people's dietary needs and requirements and Martin has developed a very tasty homemade vegan sausage so veggies and vegans can also have a full breakfast to prepare them for the day ahead. Not forgetting our Gluten Free friends who are also well catered for.

Property information

Aberconwy House is a large Victorian House built in the early 1870s. It has an elevated position overlooking the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed and stunning views of Snowdonia National Park. We are situated outside of the village away from the hustle and bustle, but only a 10 minute walk away from the train station. PLEASE NOTE: the footpath is currently shut and the walk into the village is now around 20 -25 minutes, unfortunately there are no taxi's. However if arranged in advance we may be available to pick you up from the train station if you don't have a car. Aberconwy House is a family run business and we want to provide a relaxing, friendly and homely environment for our guests to enjoy their stay, while exploring the beauty and diversity of the Snowdonia National Park. We have spent a lot of time and money renovating the property and making sure that we provide a home from home for our guests.
