We have 100+ 5 bubble reviews on TripAdvisor. Guests seem to like our friendliness, cleanliness and high level of room specification and comfort. A family run business for over 15 years we're pretty sure we know what guests like, and what they don't.....see other guesthouses in Leicester for that. One thing to note is that we are a simple guest house and not an upmarket hotel - hence the price difference. Before criticising us in the review section please note we have NO facilities you might expect at a 5 star resort. LOCATION is another item where our score goes from 5 to 10. 175 Hinckley Road LE3 0TF has been in the same LOCATION for the last 120 years. If you want a city centre property, pay the extra. Breakfast is NOT available at out guest house as its not cost effective However it is avaialble everyday for a price at a nearby kell's cafe 24 Hinckley Rd, Leicester LE3 3GH about 3 minutes walk. Off street, Free Parking is always available and is safe

Situated on a quiet residential street in the West End of Leicester, Abinger is handy for local sports grounds, the Royal Infirmary and De Montfort University. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, the occasional park. Parking is free and unrestricted and a regular bus service to town goes from just outside.
