Afallon is a Victorian townhouse in a quiet square a short walk from the historic centre of Dolgellau. As we only have two rooms you can be sure to have a relaxing stay.
The rooms are decorated in period colours with artwork on the walls and a large 4K TV. We provide a selection of Welsh Treats on our welcome tray.
Our comfy beds have Hypnos mattresses, high thread count cotton sheets and a choice of soft or firm pillows.
Our newly refurbished shower rooms come with complimentary environmentally friendly toiletries and soft fluffy white towels.
I have lived in Dolgellau for around 12 years and my partner has lived here all their life, so we have a great knowledge of local walks, places of interests and places to eat.
I have around 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and care about making your stay as good as it can be.
Dolgellau is a wonderful historic town with a uniquely preserved 18th & 19th century town centre. With one of the highest concentrations of listed buildings in Wales. The town offers a wonderful base for exploring Southern Snowdonia. Within a short distance of the town there are wonderful walks, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, mountain, beaches and castles. Many adventurous activities are within a short distance. It truly is a wonderful area.
