CLBR is directly opposite Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate Tube Station and 5 minutes walk around the corner from Paddington Station and retail area. It offers central London accommodation with basic facilities and free Wi-Fi, in a historic Victorian terraced townhouse with stairs only and no lift. There is no lift in the building.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the premises. Any guests smoking will incur GBP 250 fine.
The reception is 100 metres from the property, at 195 Sussex Gardens.
Please note that children over the age of 2 count towards the maximum occupancy and must have their own bed.
A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival for all rooms, apart from the Family Studio room, which requires a £100 deposit.
