Annora House is a family run guest house close to the NEC and combines the care and attention of a well run family business with the convenience of location to Birmingham International Airport and the NEC of the bigger brand named hotels at a far more reasonable price. Close to the motorway network, we are within easy reach of the M40, M42, M6 and M1. The NEC and Birmingham International Airport are only a short drive away or less than 10 minutes by train, and guests flying out of Birmingham Airport are welcome to arrange to leave their car at Annora House whilst away. Berkswell Station is less than 150m from our door, with direct trains to the NEC, Birmingham International Airport and Birmingham City Centre making the entire rail network accessible. In terms of travel time, this makes us one of the closest guest houses to the NEC. With a broad range of guests from NEC exhibitors and visitors, travellers in and out of Birmingham Airport, contractors in local business parks, visitors to Warwick University, visitors to Stratford, Warwick and the surrounding areas, we understand the different needs of each guest. We aim to be as flexible as possible with check-in and breakfast.

Balsall Common village is a short walk away and offers a wide choice of restaurants and takeaways. Alternatively, we have two local pubs on our doorstep. Additionally, just a short drive away there are many fine country pubs, restaurants and golf clubs of which we are more than happy to recommend and make reservations if desired. There is a good selection of golf courses all within 10 minutes drive - West Midlands Golf Club, Nailcote Hall (home to the British Par 3 Championship), North Warwickshire Golf Club, Stonebridge Golf Club, as well as a number of fishing lakes including Barston Lakes, Lavender Hall Lakes, and Tunnel Barn Farm. Berkswell Train Station on the West Coast Mainline is only 150m from our door, providing easy access to the NEC/Birmingham Airport (6 mins) and Birmingham New Street, as well as Coventry, Rugby and London Euston in the other direction.
