The property is part of an original “Gentleman’s residence” dated back from the early 1800s. The property was converted in the 1960s to 5 individual apartments. With private parking the main shops of Keswick is literally a 2 minutes walk. The lounge window provides a fantastic view of Cat Bells. The apartment has recently undergone a full renovation with many original features retained from high cleanings to original panelling. A fantastic fantastic location and very quiet during night time. A good sized communal garden is located to the side of the building.
Keswick Main Street provides an abundance of pubs, cafes and restaurants. There are plenty of craft shops to visit.
