Self contained 1 bedroom apartment with views towards the Kessock Bridge and the Black Isle, to the rear is access to the Leys woodlands used for walking with some of the Highlands stunning nature such as Red Squirrels, Badgers and Roe Deer. Accommodation has downstairs bathroom which is fitted with a WC, a wash hand basin, a shower cubicle with sliding doors, an extractor fan, a heated towel rail and also includes 100% Egyptian cotton luxury towels. An open plan lounge and kitchen, the Kitchen is fitted with Neff oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher which are all built in, also includes a washing machine, microwave kettle, toaster and all your basic utensils. The living area has a luxury 50 inch smart LG tv with Wi-Fi throughout, the lounge includes a 2 seater sofa and a cuddler sofa and foot stool. Also included there is a Dyson handheld hoover, an iron and an ironing board. Upstairs has one bedroom, with a king sized bed with 100% Egyptian cotton bedding, with 2 bedside cabinets, 2 lamps and a small built in wardrobe.
