Please note: We no longer have a dining room for breakfasts as mentioned in many reviews.. Continental picnic basket breakfasts are delivered to your room. Arden House is a lovely Victorian property situated opposite Musselburgh Old Links Golf Course, the oldest (continuously played) golf course in the world and Musselburgh Race Course.

It is a family run Bed and Breakfast which we have been running for 7 years. Our emphasis is on making guests feel comfortable and at home

Musselburgh is set within the East Lothian district which has many golf courses, beaches, rural walks, bird sanctuary, museums and is on the door step of Edinburgh. With a direct bus route outside you will be in Edinburgh in 40 mins. The local rail station is 5 mins drive with plenty parking and a 12 minute ride into the centre of Edinburgh or an hour to North Berwick. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. offering local, Italian, Indian, Thai and Nepalese cuisine.
