Arden Villa is a Grade II Georgian semi-detached very loved family holiday home, set over four floors. 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests, plus the family dog comfortably. This wonderful family holiday home is only a 5 minutes’ walk from Ryde’s golden sandy beach with its restaurants, café’s, some interesting boutique shop’s and superb transport links from the mainland. So no need for a car! Security Deposit Information: We use Swikly's security deposit service, which allows you to secure your deposit online with a credit card imprint, without requiring prepayment. Turn left down West Street, then right onto Lind Street. Follow the road around to the right, going down Union Street. At the bottom follow the road around to the right along the Esplanade, passing the Pier and bus station. At the roundabout take the second exit up the hill onto Dover Street (steep hill). Take your second left onto Bellevue Road, continue passing Trinity Road. The garage and back entrance to 26 Melville Street can be found along Bellevue Road on the right-hand side. You can park directly in-front of the garage and you can park for free on the roadside directly in-front of that car. Therefore, providing parking for 2 cars. There is also 2-hour free parking in the area, plus free parking in Dover Street if required.
