Built in 1871 and in Edinburgh’s New Town, Ardenlee is an elegant Victorian town house just half a mile from the shops of Princes Street and featuring free Wi-Fi. Most of the spacious rooms have a private bathroom, with some sharing bathroom facilities. Each room has a TV, radio and free tea and coffee. The family-run Ardenlee Guest House provides a continental breakfast each morning in the bright dining room. Edinburgh’s Waverley Rail Station is 1 miles’ walk away, as is the historic castle. There are several galleries, including the Scottish Gallery, within 0.5 miles of the house.
