The space 4 bedroom detached cottage set on around 2 acres of private land with stunning views over some of Scotland’s finest scenery and hills and Loch Lomond. The property itself is equipped with private access, private deck and BBQ area. Layout of the house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 with king size beds (two of which can be changed to twin) and one double bedroom makes it perfect for families or groups. Master bedroom with en-suite and separate family bathroom, both with good size baths. The kitchen/living area with a log stove (wood and lighting equipment supplied) cozy for evenings in, and the dining setup for up to 8 people would be perfect for gatherings. The separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is definitely a practical feature. Pets are welcome, for a cleaning charge—perfect for those traveling with furry friends! Towels supplied. Gas range cooker with electric oven. Guest access The property is accessed via main driveway to back door. Guest access via key box, code issued prior to arrival. Parking available for up to 4 cars. Other things to note Ardenvhor is in a great location with its close proximity to both Glasgow Airport, Glasgow City Centre, Stirling, Helensburgh and Dumbarton. Balloch train station only 8 minute drive. The nearby town of Balloch offers plenty of dining options and sightseeing, while Drymen & Balmaha provides a charming village atmosphere with delicious pub food. If you're into outdoor activities, Ben Lomond and the surrounding hills are perfect for hiking. Plus, the Farmers Market and coffee mornings nearby add a cozy local touch to the community.
