High-quality linen and towels are provided as standard, and we provide a housekeeping service for those staying long enough to need it. Oh, and of course, there’s free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. We strongly believe that staying away from home shouldn’t mean you have to forgo comfort or convenience. Your accommodation shouldn’t be somewhere to simply sleep, but something that should enhance your stay and take it to the next level. In fact, we’re passionate about making your stay the best it can be.

This stylish apartment building has six flats which all boasts super comfy beds (PLEASE NOTE: All of our beds have been made into double or twin beds depending on the layout of the apartment.) All flats include a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, towels and linens. It also has a flat screen Smart TV and free wifi. Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle per apartment. If the parking area is full upon your arrival, please don’t hesitate to contact us for further assistance. Other details to note: Please be aware there is a camera at the property which covers the main car park. Your leisure time is our priority, and we strive to provide you with a delightful experience during your stay. Log in to your personal Netflix account on our thoughtfully designed Smart TV. As you bid farewell to your delightful stay, ensure a stress-free departure by signing out. Please note that there is no aerial service available. To enhance our guests', stay, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon their arrival, ensuring a great start to their experience. In the event that these items are consumed before their departure, we kindly request them to purchase replacements from nearby shops, as we do not offer replenishment services.

Nottingham is an excellent destination, for both business and leisure guests – and our apartments are ideally situated to ensure you can take full advantage of that. Whether you are staying in the city centre or one of the residential areas, you’ll have easy access to the city’s fantastic range of shops, bars and restaurants, which includes a vibrant independent scene. Or why not go to the cinema, try your hand at an escape room, play crazy golf or visit one of the county’s many amazing museums and visitor attractions? If you’re here to watch sport, then the world-famous Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, the Nottingham Forest and Notts County football grounds, The Nottingham Tennis Centre and Nottingham Racecourse are all easy to access by public transport. And, you’ll find the National Ice Centre, which is also home to the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham where you’ll see some of the biggest names in entertainment, in Nottingham city centre.

Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm -7 am. Violators will be charged a £200 fee. This property uses a CCTV/Ring Camera to ensure the security of the guest. The camera devices are located in communal areas within the property and not in private spaces. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a £200 fee. Please note that not all CCTV cameras are live, some are visual deterrents only.

-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee

-Strictly no stag or hen parties

-Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage)

-A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged

-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.

-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.

-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.
