Arvonia is a great place to spend time with family, just a short walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants in New Quay. The house sleeps 7 people and is located on Marine Terrace in the centre of New Quay. The 3 upstairs bedrooms all boast beautiful sea views. Arvonia was one of the first seven houses built in 'Marinors Street', marked on 1847 Tithe Map as owned by David Evans, Neuadd; this one occupied by Captain Evan Evans.
My family have been holidaying at Arvonia for over 60 years spending our time sailing, crabbing, dolphin spotting on the jetty with our fish and chips and then enjoying meals and board games together in the evenings. It is a place to make memories with family and friends, and I love to share my knowledge of New Quay with our guests. We have numerous contacts near New Quay in case of any problems that may arise.
New Quay is a great place to park up and enjoy everything it has to offer within walking distance. The local bottlenose dolphins regularly make an appearance, there are dolphin spotting boat trips available or simply keep an eye out the bedroom windows. There's a selection of shops and restaurants to enjoy or take your fish and chips to the jetty to enjoy. Local hire is available for kayaks and paddleboards, New Quay has 2 beaches, 1 allows dogs all year round and is great for rock pooling too, dogs are also allowed on the beach just past the lifeboat station.
