Step into Aspen Suite through the secure entryways of the Old Bank House, with easy access from both the front and back of the building. Upon entering, you’ll find a light-filled, open-plan living area on the first floor—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The space is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher. It’s the perfect setting for a relaxed evening meal or socializing with friends. Aspen Suite offers two thoughtfully designed bedrooms: *Twin Bedroom with En-Suite: Facing the main road, this twin bedroom is great for sharing with friends. It comes with its own en-suite bathroom, featuring a shower, WC, and sink, along with plenty of storage and a TV for added comfort. *Double Bedroom: A stylish, peaceful room with a comfortable double bed, ample storage, and a TV, providing a restful space after a day of adventure. Modern Bathrooms *Family Bathroom: A sleek, shared bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC, offering modern amenities for all guests. *En-Suite Bathroom: The twin bedroom’s en-suite provides extra privacy with a shower, sink, and WC, ideal for freshening up before heading out. *Entryways: There are 2 entryways to the building’s shared hallway: One from the back of the property near the parking space. Another from the main road, Lake Road (Laik Road). *Smart Lock Access: Both entryways are secured with smart locks. You’ll receive a code to unlock the hallway door. *Key Safe: Outside the apartment door, located on the first floor, you’ll find a Masterlock key safe. Enter the code provided to access the key for the apartment. *Stairs: The apartment is located on the first floor and requires using the stairs to reach it. *Single-Level Apartment: Once inside, the apartment is all on one level, with easy access to the living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms for your convenience.
