An annex that has its private bathroom and kitchen sink, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The room has an IKEA double bed plus wardrobe, table and sofa.
We have been hosting guests since 2015, renting our rooms and studio Flat for short term as well as long term.
We are open to accommodate our guest needs as much as we can.
The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area close to science park and locate in north Cambridge. Tesco express is only 5 minutes walk and city bus No 1 also 4 minutes walk that goes directly to city centre.
