A newly renovated 2 King and 2 single bed terraced house with great views overlooking the countryside to the rear. It's a place in which to relax that is perfect for friends or family to use as a base to visit the amazing north east, and equally as ideal for those working in the area or remotely due to the superfast fibre broadband. There is also a separate dining room and large sociable table where you can enjoy your culinary delights made in the well supplied kitchen..or even beans and toast!
I like to give my guests space and privacy for their stay so I will not be there to greet you - it's a self check in. I am however always available on the phone if required.
The house is on a terraced street set back from other nearby streets so is quite unusual. At the front is the road peppered with potholes so you have to drive carefully, but you have 2 private parking spaces opposite to park in once arrived. Out the back its lovely and quiet overlooking farmers fields and Canney Hill, so you can sit in peace watching the sunrise and enjoying lazy summer days. Having a car is recommended. It's a 5 minute drive to the centre of Bishop Auckland and also to St Helen's Industrial Estate which includes a large Sainsburys/Tescos/Lidl/M&S food Hall/KFC/McDonalds/Starbucks as well as other retail units such as next; superdrug; and screwfix. There are petrol stations and electric charging points here too. At the house there are 2 private parking spaces as well as on street parking.
