The Avenue was built in the late 1800s and has been completely refurbished to provide high standards of accommodation, cleanliness and comfort. From the moment you arrive we want you to be able to unwind and relax. The two phrases guests are most likely to hear from Simon and Jonathan are: “MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME” and “THERE’S NO RUSH" The eight en-suite bedrooms are individually decorated and offer guests a choice of double, king, super-king or twin bed. Every room provides: Complimentary beverage tray, USB port, Flat screen TV with FreeView, hair dryer, heated towel rails, shaver sockets, shower gel and full size bath sheets. Free WIFI is available throughout. Relax in our comfortable TV lounge, Conservatory and private garden. Enjoy a drink from our licensed bar before you go out for dinner, or a nightcap before bedtime. Don’t feel like eating out? We are happy for you to bring in takeaway food to eat in the lounge, bar, conservatory or garden (but not in bedrooms please!) Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9.30. Neighbourhood information

Located in a quiet road only a five minute walk to the seafront and a ten minute walk to Shanklin old village. The seafront esplanade and beach have a wide choice of amusements, Cafes and restaurants. The old village is full of little quirky shops and places to eat.
