Awsworth House is a beautiful 3 bedroomed semi-detached house which has been tastefully decorated throughout. With its beautiful high ceilings and its spacious bedrooms, this house is perfect for group bookings and families who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Stepping into the property guests will be pleasantly surprised by the modern decor that sweeps through the downstairs area. The living room is a perfect cosy space for families and groups to socialize as it boasts an open-plan layout with plenty of seating. Similarly to this, the huge kitchen makes a perfect area to cook together and enjoy breakfast at the 3 seater breakfast bar. Whilst in the kitchen, guests can take advantage of our inclusive tea and coffee facilities, as well as having full access to all of the kitchen equipment and utensils during their stay. Guests can access the back garden via the kitchen door. Heading back into the living room, you will find that the sofa converts to a double bed for added convenience. The smart TV allows guests to have access to all of their favourite apps during their stay such as Netflix, BBC I-player and ITVhub. As you venture upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are generously sized and can be configured to suit either 2 singles or 1 super king size bed. The third bedroom has a single bed. Each bedroom has a set of drawers and a clothes rail for convenient storage. The bathroom has a modern over the bath shower facility as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
