A self-contained 2 dbl bedroom house positioned within the lovely village and only a short walk to the village centre and beaches of Milford On Sea. Formerly a B&B with excellent ratings.Views from one of the deluxe bedrooms towards Lymington, the Solent, and the isle of white over open farmland. Set in a quiet no through road and recently undergone a major refurbishment and extension. Decorated in neutral colours with a comfortable homely feel. Large seperate living areas with sofas one a sofa bed enabling 6 guests to stay. Smart TV and access to rear garden and open views. Guests have full use of the house with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, a laundry room, downstairs toilet, outside decking with seating and stunning views towards the Isle of wight over farmland. Guest bedrooms have fresh linen, pillows, duvets, hairdryers, a guest private bathroom with fresh towels, shower and bath soaps, and a large bath with shower. Visitors other than pre booked guests are not allowed without prior agreement. Own key supplied on arrival for guests to come and go as they please, driveway parking for several cars, access to two mountain bikes and sea fishing equipment, there is also a large box of toys for the chidren, and use of a free travel cot. Well-behaved pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Please enquire before booking.
Steve the host has separate private access and accommodation on site and is available for any enquiries.
Milford On Sea has quite a reputation for being a foodie haven with a broad selection of eateries and pubs, famous for its music festival week in July with live bands on the green. Fantastic destination for the New Forest, South Coast, access to keyhaven within a mile where you can paddle board canoe and dinghy in shallow sheltrerd waters, the chidren will love the crabbing here also. Lymington and its cobbled street down to the harbour is only 4 miles away, and with Southampton, Bournemouth, and the new forest on the doorstep, you'll find M.O.S a perfect destination for weekends or longer stays.
