Property information

Badger Close has benefitted from a major refurb in 2025 and is ready to welcome guests looking for a handy location in Kendal in a traditional townhouse style property. Set over three floors, Badger Close is a dog-friendly early19th century property that retains its period features but with modern fixtures and fittings. The location is excellent. Close to the River Kent and just set apart from the very centre of Kendal, and therefore enjoying a more peaceful setting in a residential area and just a 5 minute walk to the town centre, bus station, and Kendal railway station. With a well set up kitchen and lounge on the ground floor, guests have the choice of the twin or kingsize bedrooms which are on the middle and top floors respectively. The attractive house bathroom is on the first floor and has a walk-in shower. Outside, there is a mini patio garden with seating to the front and a small yard to the rear. For short breaks or longer stays, Badger Close is an excellent choice for couples or families with older children.
