Badgers Sett is situated within the Helman Tor nature reserve on the owner's working farm, two miles from Lanivet. The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms which are a double and a single room. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric wood-effect fire. Outside is off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden. Badgers Sett is one of four cottages in a stunning location which is just waiting to be explored. Please be aware, until the end of 2020 owner requires guests to take their own bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels

A small village just to the west of Bodmin, Lanivet is a collection of picturesque properties, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant, a pub and a few shops. The main town in the area is Bodmin, with its shopping centre and local attractions of the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and the Bodmin Jail with its courtroom experience. Also close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens for walking and cycling, as well as the magnificent Eden Project.
