Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washer Dryer Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Back garden with garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Situated in Sneaton Hall a grade II listed Manor House which has been converted into spacious apartments. Boasting private parking as well as a well-tended communal garden where you can soak up the views. Entering the grand hallway, follow the stairs up to the first floor. Inside you are welcomed into a large open plan living space. The window draws you in with those incredible views over the countryside and out to sea. A comfortable leather corner sofa is ideal for unwinding in an evening after feasting on a hearty home cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms a master double bedroom which has an en suite bathroom with a roll top free standing bath with a handheld shower. There is also a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. The little village of Sneaton is very quaint, with a traditional pub serving great home-made food, as well as Beacon Farm – an attraction with a children’s play area, seasonal events such as Christmas grottos, easter egg hunts and pumpkin picking. The best bit about Beacon farm is the freshly made ice cream, you can enjoy it here in the café.
