Bancroft is ideally situated just moments from the vast beach and dunes of Camber Sands, whilst also being tucked just off the beaten path away from the hustle and bustle. You are welcomed in to a light and spacious dual aspect lounge with comfortable seating, dining table and wood burning stove for those cosy evenings in. A huge Sky Glass TV with all the major streaming channels is mounted just out of the way....

The kitchen has everything you need including separate fridge and freezer, wine fridge Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher. The rear door opens out on the the spacious garden with plenty of seating and loungers as well as a top of the line hot tub to soak your day away.
There are 3 bedrooms; 1 Superking and 2 Kings. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 family bathroom and a separate shower room. Two of the bedrooms and the Shower/WC are on the ground floor making easy access for those with mobility challenges.
A maximum of two well behaved dogs are permitted,
There is sufficient parking for 5-6 cars at the front of the property.
Travel cot,  highchair, hoover, iron & ironing board available at the property
The garden comprises of a hot tub large enough for 6 people, charcoal BBQ, wood fired pizza oven and lots of garden furniture.  Charcoal and wood logs are provided.
2 well behaved dogs are welcome at Bancroft

Camber Sands is a small beach village boasting 7 miles of sand and sea. Its a perfect UK destination not only for summer, but also a windy winter beach break is just as enjoyable.
Rye is only a short 5 minute drive away and has a wealth of shops, restaurants, tearooms, not forgetting the huge amount of history that is also hidden amongst the town. With cobbled streets and old beamed houses surrounding the church it offers a lovely day out for adventure and good food.
Hastings is only 30 minutes drive and has a very lively fishing part of the town, along with the old town which is like stepping back in time. The seafront offers fun for all ages with crazy golf, arcades and lots of delicious food stops.
