Experience the perfect stay at our newly refurbished 1 bedroom basement apartment situated in the affluent area of Whetstone, North London. Fully furnished to a very good standard with everything our guests require for the most luxury and comforting stay. Our soul purpose is to make our property give you that home from home feel in a very cosy environment. Location A 7-10 minute bus ride away from either Arnos Grove Tube Station (Piccadilly Line) or Totteridge & Whetstone Tube Station (Northern Line) and a total journey time of between 30-40 minutes into Central London. The bus stop is located right outside the apartment. Apartment Layout Bedroom - The bedroom consists of a brand new King Size bed, bed side table, dressing table and built in wardrobes all matching the modern grey colour theme we have decided to go for. All pillows, mattresses and bed sheets are brand new and of a very high standard to make your sleep is as comfortable as possible. Living/ Dining & Kitchen Area - The living/ dining, and kitchen area is an open plan nice sized room with everything you require. The sofa can be folded out into a nice sized bed for an additional guest to sleep on, with extra an mattress topper, bed sheets and pillows available on request. There is also a dining table which seats up to 4 people. The apartment can sleep up to a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 42 inch flat screen TV with all television channels and Netflix provided for the ultimate comfort for nights in. WiFi is also installed in the property. The colour contrast continues in this room with a modern grey feel. The kitchen also comes fully furnished with all of the amenities that you require. Bathroom - Good size bathroom with a walk in shower, sink, toilet and radiator. Bath, face and hand towels are available for all our guests. Terrace - Our guests will have their own private terrace where they can relax outdoors with an outdoor seating area.
A key hobby of mine is travelling the world and visiting many countries across different continents. As someone who has stayed in many different types of accommodation I know the importance of first impressions when checking into a property and the importance of staying in very nice places. Our basement apartment is something which has been designed to a very good spec, while also giving you a very homely and cosy feel. In addition to this I know the importance of luxury and receiving the best possible service and this is something I strive to make sure is done to a very good standard and for all of my guests. The hospitality industry can be very unforgiving and this means we will always go above and beyond to make sure our guests have the best possible experience at a very affordable and reasonable price. Both myself and my team are available all around the clock to assist with any issues or queries you might have during your stay.
The apartment is situated-in the middle of Whetstone's busy Oakleigh Road North. A key road enabling you to travel from Totteridge & Whetstone to Arnos Grove.
