Located just a 5 minute walk from Sandhaven beach-named the Times 2022 best beach of the year! Beach House is a modern spacious property that was subject of a comprehensive high spec bespoke refurbishment of all living and sleeping areas in August 2023; no expense was spared. It incorporates a modern hybrid mix of hotel meets home from home with brand-new, high-end furniture and memory foam beds. This modernized property has been specifically designed to cater for families, working professionals & couples holiday needs. A short walk from your doorstep are all the local amenities you can need. These include, but are not limited to pubs, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and local shops. This ensures ease of access, however, still affording the property with a unique, tranquil, and undisturbed experience for all guests. All rooms feature high end comfortable beds, complete with an office style desk for working/studying, family sized storage, mirrors modern lighting and contemporary décor. The 3 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. You will enjoy the ultrafast broadband, large TV, fire alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm are installed. The property is a 15-minute walk to the Metro station which provides access to 20 minute access Central Newcastle, Sunderland and surrounding areas. There is amble free, no restrictions on street parking.

Ample off street parking with no restriction, strong bus routes and metro train services around the town and direct access to Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham City Center's A safe, secure and quiet neighbourhood with local shops 1 minute walk away and award winning beach a 5 minute walk away. The area surrounding is vibrant and very friendly, with a mix of restaurants, pubs, shops and local residences. The area also provides excellent commuter links to Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham.
