One Double Bedroom, 1st floor flat centrally located in Largs, Ayrshire. Few Minute walk to Ferry terminal and train station which lets you explore the area. Living room, bedroom and bathroom were freshly decorated in April 2024 so whole place has a fresh & modern feel. We are located approx 500 metres from the sea front & promenade, a short walk to famous Nardini's Ice Cream parlour plus some great restaurants & bars. There is a large TV with basic sky channels plus a firestick that gives you access to many premium channels & movies plus netflix / Amazon Prime if you have an account. Sit back on the LazyBoy reclining sofa and take a rest after a day out exploring all the local attractions.

I'm a grandmother and between me & other family members we have 3 properties in Largs that we have used for years for family short breaks as we stay around one hour away in Glasgow. I don't stay locally but i will be available through booking portal and by text and if need be then i have various tradesmen and the cleaner who could attend the property quickly if needed.

Centrally located. Less than 5 minute walk to beach, similar to train station. Lots of small shops, restaurants and takeaways locally. Local train station & regular buses. There is free on street parking on road outside the flat where you should get parked. Can be busy at weekends but spaces regularly open up.
