Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment with lovely sea views on the English Riviera, close to both Torquay and Paignton. It is a short walk or bus ride to the centre of Torquay. The 2nd floor apartment (accessible by Lift) has 1 Double Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Bath and WC, 1 Twin Bedroom, a separate Shower Room with WC, a large Lounge with 49inch TV, 2 sofas, Dining Table and 4 chairs, and a fully fitted Kitchen with Breakfast Bar. It is fully heated by thermostat controlled electric radiators. Portable fans are available for warmer days. Full fibre broadband to the building provides excellent WiFi in the apartment. Free on-site allocated car parking for 1 car, plus visitors car park spaces (subject to availability). Pets are not allowed.
The owners are available on mobile phone or via email between 10am and 7pm for all enquiries, and outside of these hours for emergencies.
The Apartment is close to many eating establishments, shops, beaches and tourist attractions. Whilst a car is very useful to explore Devon and Cornwall, the area is well-served by buses, trains and taxis. There are plenty of places to explore on foot, both nearby and further afield.
