Beautiful, boutique Barn Conversion nestled in the rural Isle of Wight, Wooton Bridge on a 13th Century Farm. Surrounded by fields and animals nestled on the N14, N17, N22 cycle route. The stand alone property boasts a high end finish, private Courtyard with a hot tub and enclosed garden, gym and 4 man sauna. Amazing extras with an honesty bar and electric motocross offered, for kids and aduts on site with ex GP rider, under 21 World Champion Jason Higgs. Children can feed the Koi, stroke the horses, play with the miniature sheep, chickens and collect their eggs. Bikes and electric bikes can also be hired here.

Having been in the hospitality industry a lot of my working life, I love welcoming all our guests, its like welcoming good friends. I enjoy seeing how pleased they are when they see the barn for the first time and always remark its nicer than the photos. Having loving built every bit with my husband, always pleased they see the passion we had in renovating it.

Surrounded in fields, horses with views to the sea. Off the beaten track but directly on a famous cycle route. Just out of Wootton Bridge between Cowes and Ryde, 10 mins from Fishbourne. Close to Monkey Haven, Robin Hill, Riding Stables. Walking distance to a pub and farm shop. Very close to beautiful beaches less than 5 to 10 minutes away. Park 2 cars privately directly outside your own front door. Walk on to the N17, N14 cycle route. Walk off road all the way to Wootton Bridge Harbour, Sloop Inn, Woodman's Arms. 2 minutes in the car, Briddlesford Farm is over the road offering beautiful breakfast and lunch and their farm shop selling the best produce to cook with in the accommodation.
