Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Peaceful relaxing location with a beautiful view, fabulous bakery next door, lovely walks along the river, onsite parking bay with everything you need for a relaxing stay with some local pubs and restaurants if you don't want to cook. No single sex group bookings or under 25's, quiet time is between the hours of 11pm and 7am please respect our neighbours if coming in late at night, you will be asked to vacate apartment if disturbing residents.

Small country village overlooking the river walks on your door step, a few doors along is a lovely bakery & coffee shop serving breakfast to late lunch or treat yourself to a cake and coffee, 5 mins drive you will find local shops restaurants and takeaways. Bus stop is just 50m along the road into Newcastle or Durham, On-site parking, also on and off street parking.
