New to market.Enjoy relaxing in the peaceful, beautiful garden with sea views. This home is ideal for families - plenty of cricket and games in the garden! Lovely walks and a short distance from Port Isaac and Polzeath. Walking distance to The Cornish Arms and The Kew Inn. The house is stylishly decorated with stunning views down the valley from the conservatory and kitchen, dining room and two of the bedrooms. A log fire in both the dining room and the lounge and an Aga in the kitchen.
This is a family home used for family holidays. We love staying here close to the beach surfing, golf, paddle boarding. The best bit is escaping the summer crowds and relaxing in the large garden with beautiful sea views.
Pendoggett is a small village located a 20 minute walk down the valley to Port Isaac or 3 minute drive, 10 minutes drive to Polzeath. There are two great pubs The Cornish Arms and St Kew Inn within walking distance.
