「Soon as we arrived the smell was beautifully clean and fresh.
There was even biscuits there as the ladies knew we had children.
It's beautiful, calm and quiet. I'd recommend as a couple as for children there's not much to do on site unfortunately...」

「Outstanding value for money and a real home from home. Stayed in multiple caravans before but never had central heating, a fireplace, dishwasher and washing machine all thrown into the mix together. Great wee walk out the top to the mausoleum.」

Our brand new lodge is situated on the popular Lilliardsedge Holiday park, with a beautiful view of the on-site 9 hole golf course and the lovely Monteith Douglas Mausoleum.
We are in the perfect position for guests to be able to explore what the Scottish Borders have to offer. There is something for everyone.
The park is situated 50 mins from Edinburgh and 1.5hr from Newcastle!
The surrounding area is full of beautiful nature, rolling rivers and picturesque little villages to explore. We are very near to the River Tweed.
For history lovers there are several points of interest nearby including Mary Queen of Scot's house, Jedburgh Abbey, Melrose Abbey and more!
For the kids there are play parks on-site where they can go and make friends, or if you would rather go out for the day you can head to Harestanes visitor centre, the Scottish Borders Donkey Sanctuary, or go for a some family swimming at Teviotdale Leisure centre in nearby Hawick.
If you simply want to relax, there is a lovely on-site Tavern which serves great food and drink, and is open with social distancing measures in place! There is also a large American style BBQ on the deck with seating for when the sun comes out (please bring your own charcoal).
