This is a beautiful Victoria property with many of the old features, a real home from home. You have access to a shared bathroom (shared with host), plus another toilet, a lounge with Sky, Netflix & Prime TV, a kitchen/diner and access to the garden via the French windows. This is my home and not a hotel. As described you'll have your own private room but with complete freedom to use the whole house.
I've been offering Airbnb for 10 years and always been classified as a 'super host' with over 125 stays all receiving a 5* review. So although I've not been on Bookingcom as long I have hosted travellers for many years. I love meeting new people and enjoy listening to the adventures they are on, along with leaving you space to enjoy my home and feel comfortable.
I live in easy reach of most areas within Plymouth. I'm easy to find and not far from the A38 and walking distance to the famous Barbican area, The Hoe and the City Centre. I'm also on a bus route. The neighbourhood is peaceful and there is plenty of on-road parking around the area.
