Beckley Place is a 4-bed newly built terrace house. The rooms are large and well-furnished, with great attention to detail. We are only giving out the 2 rooms on the first floor, and these will have access to a large family bathroom, a guest toilet downstairs, a kitchen, a living room, and a large garden with chairs. There is parking for one vehicle on the site and an electric charging point. The property is situated in a really nice garden like community with many green areas for walks and running. Regular Breakfast including Cereal, Tea, Coffee and Toast would be available for guests to self-serve.
We are a young couple working and studying at the University of Oxford. My husband and I live on the 3rd floor of the building. Sometimes, the property will be empty and only you will be there when we are not around. Our property assistant would usually let you in when we are not here.
Barton Healthy New Town is a pioneering, sustainably-designed neighbourhood on Oxford’s north-eastern edge, created as part of NHS England’s Healthy New Towns programme. The area boasts a purpose-built, health-enabling masterplan—with a refurbished community centre and expanded GP surgery—alongside three new dementia-friendly walking trails linking Barton and Barton Park. It is about 20mins walk to John Radcliffe hospital and has many bus stops within 2mins walk that go to Oxford city center and Headington Town center.
