The accommodation sleeps 10 guests and comprises of 4 floors, Three Bathrooms, 4 Bedrooms, Large open Kitchen, Dining area ,Lounge area, and WC wash room, Office area, Walled rear Garden, Pool table and Foosball table Centrally located in Royal Leamington Spa Warwickshire close to the M40 Motorway Junction 14
