The combination of The Hayloft and The Stables accommodation on Belchamp Hall Estate allows two couples or a small group to enjoy relaxed rural stay in two separate, but connected properties. With both set in the grounds of the old hall, guests will be able to enjoy and appreciate the traditional authenticity of the surroundings.

Belchamp Walter is set within the Wool Towns region of Suffolk. Sudbury, Long Melford and Lavenham are a short drive away and boast some impressive mediaeval architecture with an abundance of half timbered buildings. Long Melford reputedly has the longest High Street in the country and the beautiful Melford Hall is worth visiting.
Dedham Vale is part of the Stour Valley and Dedham Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The area has lots of footpaths to allow you to explore it. The gently rolling countryside has inspired a number of famous artists including Constable and Gainsborough. Gainsborough's House in Sudbury has been turned into a museum dedicated to his life, whilst the National Trust look after Flatford Mill which featured in a number of Constable paintings.
The Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is an hours' drive, with the historic towns of Ipswich and Colchester also not too far.
