About this property

A 3-minute walk from the seafront in Weston-super-Mare, Bella Vista Hotel offers en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi. A short walk from Knightstone Harbour, this north Somerset guest house is also just 10 minutes from Weston’s Grand Pier. Each room has a flat-screen TV with DVD player, alarm clock and tea and coffee facilities. There is an en suite shower in all rooms. We provide complimentary cereals and toast in our fantastic new communal breakfast room which is open all day to help yourself to. Weston attractions including the Playhouse and Blakehay Theatres, both within a 10-minute walk of Bella Vista Hotel. Cheddar Gorge is around 30 minutes’ drive away, and Weston is 40-45 minutes from Bristol, Glastonbury Tor and the Clarks Village shopping centre in Street.

Property information

At the Bella Vista the nicest compliment that someone can give us is that it has a lovely home from home atmosphere and they feel really relaxed. We really try our hardest to go the extra mile to make our guests stay as personal, welcoming and special as we possibly can. The Bella Vista is also our home and we have many returning visitors which makes the job so satisfying. We are very glad that we chose the Bella Vista in Weston-Super-Mare on our extensive search for the right B&B. It is so near all the amenities, attractions and great places to eat and visit but is set back one road from the main sea-front. Guests often comment how quiet it is but near everything. They also remark on the attractiveness of the Victorian property with its spacious lounge and guest rooms suitable for the whole family. In dry weather it is lovely to see guests sitting out on our sun terrace enjoying the view or a chat with other guests. Each year we improve and develop what we offer at the Bella Vista. We hope you will come and see for yourselves.

Neighbourhood information

The Bella Vista is situated just off the main seafront by Marine Lake. This is the area where the tide is always in making it the best spot for paddling and playing with the youngest members of the family. We are within a stone's throw from the crazy golf course and adventure water park for young children. We are one road back from the stretch of cafes, restaurants and bars along the seafront and right by the award-winning Il Michelangelos Italian restaurant. The Grand Pier, Playhouse Theatre, Blakehay Theatre, Sandsculptures, Weston Eye and shopping centre are 5 to 10 minutes stroll from our base. Weston-super Mare is very easy to travel out from to visit the delights of Bath, Bristol, to explore the surrounding Somerset countryside including Cheddar Gorge and Wells. It is also a convenient and easy stop-off for trips further afield to Devon and Cornwall.
