Bellevue is a charming semi-detached house built in 1835. Situated in the model village of Bessbrook, this house is new to the market. The house has undergone full refurbishment and extension, just completed. The Ground Floor has large double reception room with wood burner, snug room with piano and desk leading to large kitchen diner. Upstairs has Master Bedroom and roof terrace with ensuite, family bathroom and a further 2 double and 1 single bedrooms. There is a large mature rear garden.
I work in the building industry and manage my own rental properties, so I understand the importance of ensuring that the house is clean and meets your expectations and requirements. Myself or my wife will be responsive and quickly able to answer any queries and solve any problems that arise during your stay. We have taken great pride in the finish and design of the house, and hope that you and our fellow guests enjoy it to. We stay there in most school holidays!
The house is situated in Bessbrook, a Model village with 2 butchers, a post office and a convenience store. Camlough is a 5 minute drive and has a few pubs, restaurants and a large very well stocked supermarket, off licence and petrol station, Hughes. Newry City is about 10 minutes away. The Game of Thrones Studio is just 16 minutes drive from the house.
