Property information

Belmont Residence is excellently appointed with only the finest of furniture & bedding. We use hotel quality bedding to ensure you get an excellent nights sleep. Our bedroom curtains are fully blackout & thermally lined helping you achieve an excellent nights sleep. Our bedrooms further benefit from double sockets to each side of the bed with matching bedside lights. The sockets are also equipped with USB A and USB C built in outlets. Meaning you don't need to bother about travel adapters when needing to charge your phone. The living room area has also been upgraded to USB enabled sockets. For your comfort and security the home has a Ring Video Doorbell and Yale Smart Lock. You don't need to worry about collecting keys from a key lockbox or remembering to bring them with you as you enjoy your visit. The PIN issued to you prior to arrival is unique to you and will work for the duration of your reservation. All previously issued PIN's are automatically expired on checkout ensuring your security & privacy at all times.

Neighbourhood information

Belmont Road is a bustling neighbourhood in East Belfast. With excellent restaurants, cafes and coffee shops right on our doorstep. There is plenty to see and do nearby with Titanic almost at the bottom of our road.
