You will not be disappointed by this fantastic loft apartment, with its stunning views it's well-equipped, tastefully decorated open-plan living space. Designed to a very good standard, this fourth floor apartment offers a comfortable living area and large inviting bed, along with a fantastic shower room. Situated in an ideal elevated position and just a 10-minute walk into the famous market town of Matlock, this apartment really is a very special place to stay.
Pub and restaurant nearby. There is a downstairs communal area with a washing machine, dryer, extra freezer space and a secure garage to lock up motorbikes and bicycles.
We are the owners and managers of this lovely old renovated former Spa Hotel dating back to the 1800's, renovated into high standard, tastefully decorated, modern and warm holiday lets.
