Free Wi-Fi is available. Just a 3-minute walk away is the Custard Factory, a creative centre with art galleries, shops, restaurants and a nightclub. Alcohol consumed on the premises of this property must be bought from the on-site bar (due to licensing laws) and consumed only in the common room or outdoor garden. Guests caught bringing alcohol into the property or found to be smoking or drinking alcohol in unauthorised areas, will be evicted (along with their entire group) immediately without refund. In addition, a fine of GBP 200 will be deducted from the card information provided when booking.
