Blue Air Double bedroom with attached private en-suite and lots of added extra facilities was created from a garage conversion attached to our main house. Guests have their own entrance via Laundry Room with key-box so can come and go as they wish and have their own privacy.
PLEASE NOTE - There is NOT a living room and have asked platform to change this several times!
Room also contains large Fire TV, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Fridge as well as useful required kitchenware as such.
Breakfast is simple 'continental' in form of cereals, toast, butter, jams, milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Guests have use of Laundry facilities, washing machine(including detergent), tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack.
There are a selection of board games and tourist brochures for guest use in Laundry Room, and also a little honesty box for some useful items guest may have forgotten, eg, toothbrush, razor, lip balm, moisturiser etc
Outdoor seating area is currently being upgraded in front of Blue Air for guests.
As I am Reflexologist (Big Feet Little Feet) treatments are available on site for guests.
Where possible I try to be there to greet guests on arrival, but if doesn't suit guests can gain entry via Key-Box at door. Public transport is very handy for here as just a few minutes walk to main road bus stops and local shops, off licence & take away, including Tesco which is another few minutes walk.
Quiet street parking is available or if guest prefers a space will be made available on driveway, so just ask!
We have a rescue cat called Smokey and we are a pet friendly establishment so guests welcome to bring pets!
Travel cot available so guests with small children can avail of Blue Air also.
Blue Air Information Guide will be sent to guest when booked.
I hope you have a very comfortable stay here at Blue Air! RJ
I live in the adjoining house with my 2 sons (18 & 22), my daughter (28), a Vet Nurse, lives in London.
I worked as a Paediatric Nurse for 30 years and have just recently resigned.
I am very much a people person but respect those guests that prefer to keep to themselves.
I love living in Portstewart, on the North Coast, close to the beautiful beaches, scenery and easy relaxed way of living, where grew up, leaving at 18 years of age to study in the Big Smoke (Belfast City!)
I am proud of my hometown and surrounding areas and grateful that this can be shared with my guests!
What to do here on the North Coast?.......Where do I start here!??
Amazing Golf Courses ,,,, host to the Famous Open off course!
NW 200 Motorbike racing (May)
Famous Giants Causeway & Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge
Dunluce Castle

Rathlin Island
Glens of Antrim
