Matthew, Claire and Maddy invite you to enjoy a stay at our holiday cottage in the beautiful fishing village of Beer, South Devon.​ ​ Bosun's Rest is in the village centre, near to pubs and shops, but also just 100 metres from the beach. ​ The accommodation suits four people, but an extra child can be permitted with prior agreement when booking. The fully fitted kitchen is divided from the lounge by a breakfast bar, and we also have an additional small dining area for four. You will have free WiFi and we have a smart TV, so don't forget to bring your streaming account log-ins. The first floor bedroom is fitted with two single beds. A separate shower room has a wash basin, loo and shower enclosure. The loft room is equipped with a king size double bed and leads onto a stunning balcony with village views. It has an en-suite bathroom with basin, loo and shower over bath. Parking in Beer can be challenging, but you will have exclusive parking right on the drive for two cars. Weekly lets go from Friday to Friday. We regret no smoking / e-smoking and no pets. Due to stairs, the property is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility.
